Just do it manually. Open a terminal window and: "sudo nano
/etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf". You can try hitting Tab
instead of typing it all out, that will complete the path if it
recognises it. In the editor, at the top of the file it says:

ctrl_interface=DIR=/var/run/wpa_supplicant GROUP=netdev
update_config=1

Add below that:
country=SE

(or the abbreviation for your country if it isn't Sweden.) Then Ctrl-O
to save, Ctrl-X to quit. Reboot to check.
