Based on the conduct of the trial I thought they'd imported Judge Ito...
that's another thing that seems to be consistent - the Iraqi's don't
believe the judge should be letting Saddam take over the way he has.

In some parts of Iraq the Americans are seen as the impartial enforcers of
law in disagreements between Shia and Sunni. And everyone knows they are
better trained than anyone the Iraqi's could provide.
