 Ahh, but you also must remember the data comes in PACKETS, Even if you do 
have a slowish link, the CTS LED on the ISP's modems will be still going out,
SO a 33k6 modem would and should help.. (Also, ya computers gotta be fast 
enough). How much it would help I do not know.

 Anyway, I just FTP'd a file from Netscape at 3.0k/sec at 28k8.. Aint to bad!
