Easy, if there was any doubt, I would not shoot first and ask questions later.

I realize I'm a bit extreme in my ideals, but I really wouldn't kill
anyone, even at the cost of my own life. The only reason I would kill is to
protect someone else and there would have to be VERY good proof that the
danger was there.
