I have an 8" Discovery scope, with a very nice mirror ... was going to
attempt a 12.5" but was gently advised it might be a bit much for a
first project. :)

I've heard there won't be a great deal of difference in what's visible 8"
-> 10", which was my original impetus to ask about a larger mirror.

But I guess it's moot for the present: I live in Brooklyn and have no car
to get me out observing. Haven't been out since June, which just ...
stinks. Looking to remedy that situation, somehow.
