They also had the Laser 128 (which was a clone of the Apple //c).  I had
many friends that had them years ago.  

I got mad at Apple when they decided to ditch the Apple // line.  I had
just bought an Apple //gs - which was over $2000 at the time.  

Once I heard that, I sold all my Apple stuff, went PC, and never looked back.
