*ALL* AutoXxxx macros *HAVE* to reside in NORMAL.DOT to be run. They
do not work if they are simply in the document (template, actually) on their
own. This is why if you see the code, they ALWAYS copy themselves to the
NORMAL.DOT file in this fashion:
