I've tried restricting my connect speed with my ISP to nothing more than 
31.2, and I still on occasion get 33.6 connects. I'm using
+ms=v34,0,28800,31200
in my init string. It responds back with an "OK", but I still get 33.6 
connects.
The reason I want to restrict it to 31.2 is because I'm convinced that I'm 
getting poorer performance on a 33.6 connect than I get on a 31.2 connect. It 
certainly is much more responsive at 31.2 that 33.6, that I'm positive of.
I'm using the latest -18 beta flash.
... Can I blame my spelling on Line Noise?
