   As far as I know, the S.O. takes care of the parks, they have County Park 
Rangers that work in the County Parks, and usually handle the problems if any 
in the state parks too...
   I don't know that I've ever heard a State Park Ranger in this area, 
they've got an office up on the north side of the TN River but they're not 
even notified of deer struck by autos on the roadway anymore...
