Hmmm.... I simply installed my copy on my desktop PC that runs Win
98 SE. Works just fine, even over my home WiFi to my laptop running
XP.

 Well, I don't know much about Maximus having only run it for about
a year on a DOS 386. Seemed to work well enough then. Can't say
that I ever tried to set up Wildcat.
