Definately. Since Don started working there and passing on the info to
folks, ¨they've had a big rise in business. It's not a big facility but
then, it's a ¨small base. Has 2 lifts and a spare workspace with no lift.
Oh, Don corrected ¨me, it's 5$ an hour . Went up 1Jan2005 by a
dollar.
He's been telling all the wives about it and they've started comming down
for ¨all the oil changes, tire rotations, radiator coolant swaps etc. (Don
shows'em ¨how in a simple manner without making them feel stupid and
instead making them ¨feel good) and lifts the tires for the rotations then
does that bit himself for ¨them. Tipping optional but not mentioned (Don
gets some almost always but says ¨1-2$ is enough since the object of using
the place is to save money for them). ¨His favorite customers tip him with
a small bottle of gatoraide in high summer ¨like we are now, or hot coffee
in winter ;-)

Ah. There's a show I've heard of but we do not get it here. We get lots
of ¨reruns but the selection is more limited even with that. We get
another one ¨kinda like it that is British and pretty interesting. One day
they are ¨repairing a simple cabinet wall unit for a kitchen, another day,
showing how to ¨re-mortor a 700 year old wall.
