How about the size of the entire pkt?  I am not sure what the limit might
be but offhand I'd guess there is one for DOS.

If there is a limit to size and number of messages, plus incrementation
from a base date/time ID, that would create a delay between when any client
creates pkt's and the next time it could successully create pkt's based on
the number of original messages.  A large quantity of messages in a short
period of time could be employed to raise a flag about the going-ons of any
client.  I would think extra large pkt's following close on each other's
heals is indicative of spamming or a client/server relationship trapped in
a loop.  Sounds like some kind of trouble no matter how I view it.
