It does make a difference if you accept it, it changes the questions you
are going to ask. For example the question of time travel paradox is now
answered, it can't happen or this timeline would never have existed beyond
the moment of creation and raises questions of what physical law exists to
prevent this. It suggests that the theory of indeterminibility is wrong,
etc. etc. etc.

It affects how we look at things we don't know, not how we use what is
currently viewed as free will.

It gives us a new perspective in which to evaluate all we have learned. I
mean think about it for a second, if it's correct how could it change some
of the ideas about how the universe functions, ideas about time, ideas
about creation.
