Who is the 'We' who had no plan? I certainly have seen few suggestions on
how to do things from you or Gary as I wrote, Nor have I seen any sort of a
Plan from you or Gary as I indicated in my message. Nor have I repeated
this over and over as you seem to falsely indicate. Tying the Bush Lied
mantra may falsely lead one to believe that I have repeated this over and
over which I have not., In short you appear to be making an intentional
misstatement
