I did it for a couple of years after I got custody of the eldest two kids from 
my frst marriage. It worked well but I used to get odd looks from othe 
parents, and once or twice I was warned off by jealous husbands who could not 
see that all I was doing was being friendly and nopt trying to take their 
wifes away :)I have the chance of a good training job in the UK but it will 
mean 6 months at a minium away from home so I am taking the chance now to be 
with the kids anyway.
