From: "Gary Britt"
They might win a new trial because of the idiot judge's ruling. His
wording and personal attacks upon the ID people revealed a tremendous bias,
imho. He also indicated a tremendous lack of knowledge of the difference
between legislative functions (which are supposed to be active) and
judicial functions which aren't.
There probably won't be an appeal however since the voters have turned out
the board members who put this through.
I'm I right that there wasn't going to be any ID or creationism taught at
all, and that what was objected to was a couple of paragraphs that
basically stated the theory of evolution was a theory and might not be the
correct explanation for the origins of life?
