I updgraded from v2.15 to v3R by buying a bunch of used
floppies. QEDIT v3R was on one of them. :-) It has a larger
macro buffer and built in spell checker that v2.15 did not have.

There is a DOS editor named 'JOE' linked at my website that is
comparable to the older QEDIT. No spell checker but does
support macros and is freeware.
