Chris... Hayes makes MODEMS, not software. Any software that Hayes supplies, 
is just icing on the cake. If you want fax software, try BGFax, which works 
exelent with hayes modems, (in DOS).
One other point. Hayes dosen't "maintain" this echo, I, as moderator of the 
echo have that job. Hayes Support is here because they -want- to be here to 
help coustomers as best they can.
