FF>> I have MS Fax using Class 1 at the moment. Works, but I wouldn't FF>> want to let it call in the background while running some heavy app. FF>> Hmmm ... Maybe someone could write a printer driver that outputs a FF>> file that BGFax could send??? TP> As far as I know BGFAX is only DOS or OS/2, wouldn't run it in a Win TP> background either (I've tried Telix for Dos under Windows 3.11 - TP> works fine but don't touch that mouse!) I'm running Win95 here, but I recall running Telix in the background under Wfwg 3.11 and getting good results, (of course, the only other task I ran was Minesweeper!). Win95 is much better. Dos comms is quite good, and 32bit Windows comms is *very* good. I had WS FTP downloading a file at 3000cps, (port locked at 57600b), and then fired up Netscape. Amid all the harddrive thrashing, the ftp never missed a beat, and stayed at 3000cps. I was quite surprised! Regards, Frank ...
