The one available from the Other / Ascii Chart menu option.  This has been
available since version 2.15.  However, the inserting of the highlighted
character was added in 3.0.

This is the key name in QCONFIG.DAT file.  QCONFIG.DAT is just a text file
you edit using TSE Jr (formerly QEdit), then install it using the
QCONFIG.EXE program, and selecting the Keys option.
All of the key names available are listed in the TSE Jr. documentation.
