Ok, I believe I found the culprit function:

 if (action == -1)
 {
   strcpy (state->out.path, file->path);
   state->out.flo[0] = 0;
   state->out.action = file->action;
   state->out.type = file->type;
 }

I tried this:

strcpy (strupper(state->out.path), file->path);

"strupper" is a function to convert strings to uppercase.
It didn't work.

Anyone know C?
