Hi all,
 
        I am sad to report that my second letter to my birthfather 
(?) was refused. I may now never meet him and that saddens me. Part 
of me says give up but another part (a bigger part) still wants to meet him. 
I just don't know what else to do. I just wish the letter would have been 
accepted since I enclosed a copy of the picture of him and my mom. At this 
point, I don't even know who refused it or why. The first letter I sent was 
sent regular mail, so from the refusal I'm assuming that someone did get and 
read the first letter. It could have even been another family member.
 
        I have some serious thinking to do now. Does anyone have any 
ideas for me.
 
        Sitting here with tears in my eyes. :-(
