 "TseJr" started out as "Qedit."  The first ver I had
was 3, then either
 just before or at the time ver 4 was coming out there was a copyright
 or patent infringement suit and they had to drop the" Qedit" name and
 "TseJr" was the name they started using.  It is a little brother to a
 more potent editor called "Tse".  I never used "Tse"
but "TseJr" is
 very robust if you get in to the meat of it.
