Yes I oppose these things when done for non-compelling bureaucratic
interests. When done for compelling national security interests at a time
of war, the intrusion must be balanced against the benefit to be gained
therefrom. In this context I find these very limited and virtually
undetectable intrusions to be a proper exercise of government's purposes.
