The 720K disks have pretty much gone the way of the 360K disks (and
the dodo bird). It may be they no longer have it available on 720K
disks (and need to update their auto-registration).
What're you using that doesn't have a 1.44 disk drive? I'd spend
the $20 (+/-) on a 1.44 drive if the controller supports it.

You've got to get the executable directly from deltaComm to be able
to brand it with your registration code. That which is available to
download isn't brandable.
As for the "extras," just don't install/use them if they're of no
value to you. (Mouse support can be turned off, for example.)
