D]ave .. There is a "junior Leader Fast Start" course that is available to use .. and the backup book has a written job description of all Boy Scout ( boy ) positions.. There is also an excellent video that goes along with it.. I've used it since it was written back in 1990 .. Ask your fearless professional ..
