Bill,
My biggest problem was I chose the wrong Netbios option in the OS/2 network 
config program..  Once I removed the one I chose, & added the other it work'd 
fine..  :}
Try to find the basic steps & whats needed in the O/L doc's..  Good luck..
Give me a well written manual anyday..  Even if it was optional, I would buy 
it..

I did 2 backups myself..  Murphy lives with me..  :}
Shortly, I should have more of a grip on V4.0 & restore 3.0 & try the upgrade 
again..  Then re-install things in correct order & procedure..  :}
