To update this for you, I recently talked to a VFW commander. He told me
that if you e-mail most commanders of a VFW post with an individual you
want information on and convince the commander that you aren't going to
use that information in a harmful way, he most likely will give you
information on your "buddy" (be sure and use the term "buddy" for
whatever reason that is the term those no-life fuckers like to use when
referring to one another, unless you are a WW1 vet). You can e-mail the

I haven't tried e-mailing them but I am sure they will confirm what the
local commander told me here. Roger L. Wiseman was either not in the
United States Air Force or he received a general or dishonorable
discharged (note: it was common that if you were either homosexual or
crazy, Woger is both, to give a general discharge). Woger Wiseman is a
damn liar.
