According to Joe in the USR_MODEMS echo, there is now a new Australian 33.6
release - SDLPALLB..   Not yet seen, but I'd expect
him to be passing out straight goods.

The original setup was common code with a delta.  Something's changed
since, specifically to disable our ability to run US code.
