It's not just that. It's the fact that:

A) Have you seen pictures of Grozny? The place was ripped to pieces &
how the heck this place never had it's contents distributed all over the
Caucasus by somthing dropped from a SU25 or similar is incredible.

B) I'll bet so many ummm arms salesmen are kicking themselves so damn hard
right now (thank god)

C) Who has controlled Grozny (during the day anyway...) since the place was
"stalingrad-ized"? The Russian Gov?
