No. You must process them to make decisions like not to process them. :)

The solution depends on your requirements. Just drop the link. Add a
different password in the mailer. Route to non-existing AKA (dummy point of
yours) and delete the dummy outbound files. For more complex solutions
install a netmail tracker that runs before hpt.

You may look at the carbon keywords of fidoconfig. There are things like
carbonto, carbonmove, carbonfrom, carbonfromarea and even carbondelete. I
never used that myself but maybe it's enough for your needs. The docs are
in fidoconf/docs/fidoconfig.info.
