The Netcomm will be set to hangup when DTR is lowered &D2, rebooting
will lower DTR so the modem is just doing what it's told, set the
Netcomm to &D0 and you will be able to reboot without hanging up. BTW
why do you want to reboot while on line, Win95 not crashing is it :-)
