A disputable point -- there are several systems out there now using the USR 
Courier I-modem that offer a x2 host connection without requiring access to 
the web.  From what I've seen elsewhere, ZyXEL will be offering that host 
mode capability in their ISDN capable modems when/if they implement K56Flex.
