Hello, All.
I'm happy to say that finally, after months of high blood sugar levels, I
tested my blood sugar just now (I just woke up)... and it's at 120. I know
that's not optimum, but it's 60 points lower than it has been in months...
I'm really happy... guess all my dieting and exercise is helping! Now to
be able to get it down to 110 and do it without the medication...
