Well, it's time to pass the reins of the ECHO to someone else. Although I 
have several people in mind who might be good moderators, I am looking for a 
volunteer.
This ECHO has been in existance since about 1986 and has been about like you 
see it now without a lot of messages. Although there has been controversy 
over the years, it has always been a good place for information and 
exchanging ideas.
If you are interested in moderating this ECHO please send me NETMAIL! I will 
not respond to messages posted here on this subject since they are "off 
topic". :-)
If no one is interested, I will simply let the ECHO List expire when the next 
time comes around.
