Yes this would actually work, and the EOC know it. Except you'd then
have to force women to do the work, because it's hard and dirty, and it
causes shortened life expectancy. (Oh and you can't go home at 4 pm
every evening.)

As no doubt the EOC could testify, fucking on the boardroom table is
much easier than digging up gas pipes.
