You or I would be charged in the blink of an eye...

One wonders whether he truly was as "racked by guilt" as he
claims, or whether the impetus for him turning himself in was simply the
fact that he was made aware of his being caught on video in the act...

IMO, the fact that he hasn't resigned his seat shows that he is without a
shred of honor.
