 Most of the software I have registered offer reasonable upgrades.  I
 have always believed in keeping current, not for reasons to "keep up
 with the Jones'" though.  Usually upgrades offer more features,
 flexibility, and ease of use - this is but a few of the reasons I
 prefer to upgrade.
