The only thing I can tell you is this has been reported numerous times
on the CompuServe CA-CLIPPER forum and it seems no one has found the
answer. I did see two messages from folks who said the problem went
away when they switched to Blinker 3.3 from ExoSpace. Everyone
reporting it was using ExoSpace.
You might want to go to www.blinkinc.com and download their
time-limited demo of Blinker 3.3 or Blinker 4.1. It's 100% functional,
but only allows the executable to run for five minutes, which may or
may not give you enough time to test it.
