Sure. You can't execute Linux things from a DOS emulator, but why not just
have IMP-MAIL run a dummy batch file that does nothing, or echos
"IMP-MAIL has finished processing. Exiting..."

Then switch back to Linux and run hpt only once in your native environment. *shrug*
