When in the smaller windowed 'dosbox' newer versions of Windows
have a toolbar at the top. The leftmost buttons manage the
'mark' and 'cut' options. When you use ctrl-enter to get a full
screen the toolbar disappears and you lose the cut-n-paste
option. 

This was originally a third-party addon for W31 called DOSBAR.
I have it here on my setup and they look almost identical.

TOCLIP using redirection to send text to/from the clipboard
from DOS is the more useful option really. The DOS toolbar
'mark' and 'cut' isn't as handy. TOCLIP is another third party
utility for Windows/DOS use.
