In a sense it's a no-win situation. Either OBL is captured/killed and ends
up being thought of as a martyr or he remains at large proving that it's
possible to get away with terrorism. Out of the two I think catching him is
the least bad option.

A "sudden worsening of his kidney complaint" once he's captured
would seem to be SOP.
