It need not be proven -- the laws of kanada are what they are. The law
regarding marriage discriminate against and prohibits marriage in a
whole class of heterosexuals. Yet it permits homosexuals to marry at
will with no restrictions what so ever. Kanada, the new land of fruit
and nuts.
