(for free)...
because existing software is expensive...

now the chance that there are still dialup bbses around in his phone zone is
not as high as he could call them using telnet (hyperterminal)?
if he want's to use only "'termail" he can use binkp to call using thje
internet...and termail for it's editing &tossing part...
