At my web site, in the 'C' area there's a link for the ANSI C++ draft
standard. (http://www.frontiernet.net/~phantom7)
I wish I had saved those links in a text files so I could cut and paste them
as folks need, instead of pulling shame(ful) plugs for my web site. 
I'm not sure, but at the ANSI C++ draft site, there may be some stuff on the
ANSI C standard too.
