Yes, I agree.

If they were smart, they would write a simple Class 2.0 fax program for
Windows, (and OS/2 if they were smarter!), and make a lot of customers very
happy. They could even sell it separately and people would no doubt *buy*
it!

Yes. Interestingly, MS Fax *defaults* to Class 1 mode. You have to go
through half a dozen windows to some obscure advanced troubleshooting
options page to actually enable Class 2 !!
