Well sure as heck, DST doesn't cause it!!
My brain went into a sever cramp when I read that. (but, but, that doesn't
change the amount of light or hitting the earth, only your particular
perception of light, and then meltdown trying to figure out how someone
could think that and then embarrass themselves getting it published. I
really hate to see people embarass themselves.)
