So basically you are just concerned about the potential for abuse? I'm more
concerned about genetically modified humans in this regard than I am about
plants.

I mean if you think about it, Hitler actually could have developed his
master race with todays technology, and as far as a plan, it was a pretty
sound plan. Build a better human and they will rule the rest.
