You claimed that waterboarding is expressly and explicitly illegal, and
that it has been since 1898.  Everyone knew all along that you were
making that up.  There is no such law.  And it took you a long time and
a series of non-responses before you admitted it.

So now you shift to claiming that the CAT makes waterboarding illegal.
Obviously untrue in a trivial sense, since it is the codification of the
CAT into provisions of the US Code that make torture illegal in the US.
And untrue in two more significant senses as well.  First, it doesn't
mention waterboarding at all.  And it cannot really do that since, as
everyone but Klahn already knows, there is a wide variety of very
different things that get referred to by the general name
"waterboarding."  Second, the CAT only applies to the INTENTIONAL
infliction of SEVERE PAIN or SUFFERING, when done for a specific PURPOSE
such as obtaining information, and does NOT apply to pain or suffering
from lawful sanctions.  There are Department of Justice memos where
lawyers go into great detail in analyzing the meaning of the CAT and
outlinine what interrogation methods would or would not constitute
torture.  You ignore all that just because you don't want to hear it.
