"Everybody's going for nuclear programs."

Several regional states, including the six-nation Gulf Cooperation Council,
which includes Saudi Arabia and Oman, as well as Egypt and Turkey, have
declared similar intentions in recent months. "

Gosh the rules have changed...the old order is crumbling like a sandcastle
in front of the tide.

I reckon 5 years for the nuclear powers to make good on their treaty
commitments & then it's too late.
